While searching for inspiration for another article, Craig decided to take his camera to a cemetery in Mobile, AL, which has an extraordinarily large number of Scottish grave sites. The one I like best is a scroll tombstone, which reads:
'Tis but the unfolding of the scroll of life –Another name appears, and it is mine.
Henry D. Blair, born in Camden, S.C., October 3rd, 1825, died at this place December 7th, 1855, in the 31st year of his age.
I've placed the balance of his photos in a slide show below. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so this slideshow should be worth about 100,000 words. If you like trees, and ancient gravestones, you'll like this!
